Cut two identical strips. Keep the width of the strip small, but the curves big. That is, you want the strip of paper to be
less than ¼” wide, but from hilltop to valley, there should be at least
½”. This example uses the Coluzzle wavy border template, but
there are patterned scissors “deep cut” that will work. Or, use a wavy template with deep waves to
trace and cut. |

Line the two strips up so that the hilltops oppose each
other. |

Tuck the end of one strip under the other strip. |
