How to Place an Order

1.)   View TeaLady Creations Shopping area.

2.)   Email TeaLady Creations with your order and any special instructions.

3.)   Review email from TeaLady Creations.  This email will detail items, prices, and any shipping charges.  Normally this email is sent within 24 hours of order.

4.)   Pay for your order via PayPal.

5.)   Enjoy your new supplies.  Orders are generally shipped via US Mail Parcel Post within 24 hours of confirmation of payment though PayPal.

 

 

Shipping Policies

Our new shipping policy will take effect on July 1, 2001.  At that time, all orders will be assessed by actual shipping charges based on their weight. 

Payment Options   

Classes and crops may be paid with cash or check, in person, on or before the date of the class or crop.  A $25.00 service charge will be charged to any customer whose check is returned for insufficient funds.

All internet orders must be paid using PayPal. 

If payment is made through PayPal:
The order will be held until your Paypal payment is paid to our account (up to 7 days). To make payment, customers will need to be registered.  If you are not a currently registered under PayPal, it is very easy to do and you will receive $5.00 from PayPal for registering.  We are not affiliated with Paypal.  Contact http://www.paypal.com to register for a PayPal account.
 
When you finish registering, you may pay for your TeaLady Creations order through PayPal.  When sending payment through PayPal, please use the address:

It is that easy.  A notification will automatically be sent to us from PayPal about your payment. There is no hold on your order when you pay through PayPal.  The PayPal website is: http://www.paypal.com/

 

Backorders

Please remember there are times when we cannot keep items in stock quickly enough to fill orders.  We try very hard to keep items in stock and the website up to date.  There may be instances where we run out of a product before we can get the website noted.

If we know an item is to arrive within a few days, we will hold customer orders and ship all at once (this could be up to 5 business days in-house processing time).  The backordered item will remain paid for until customer cancels the backorder.

We expect to ship backorders within 30 days unless otherwise stated.  If it is not shown and appears delivery will go beyond 30 days from your order, we will notify you by email with a new expected delivery date.  You will also have the option of canceling your backorder at any time, you can call or email us to let us know.

If an item is unexpectedtly backordered when filling a customer's order, we will include a note on the sheet included in the shipment.



Return Policy

No Questions Return
Customers have 30 days from the sales date to contact TeaLady Creations about a return. Customer is responsible for the costs of shipping the product back (insurance and tracking) to TeaLady Creations.  Returned product must be received in new, unused, and unopened condition for us to accept it for refund.  Unauthorized product returns will be refused for refund and not returned.

Incorrect Product Shipped
If an incorrect product was shipped to the customer, that customer has 30 days from receiving the shipment, to inform TeaLady Creations of the error.  When the incorrect item is received by TeaLady Creations, the corrected item will then be shipped out.  If the customer wishes for the correct item to be shipped before we receive their return, payment must be made to cover both products until a return is received.  Customer is to return the item via USPS parcel post.  Any extras such as Priority, insurance, tracking, etc., are to be paid for by the customer.  The post office will stamp the parcel post amount on the box and that will be refunded upon receiving the return.  Alternately, TeaLady Creations may choose, at its sole discretion, for the customer to keep the incorrect item and will ship the correct item.

Defective Product
Customers have 30 days from the date they received their product, to contact TeaLady Creations for authorization to return the defective item.  Customer has 10 days beyond this authorization for us to receive the return, else it will be refused.  Upon receiving and verifying the manufacture defect, we will exchange your purchase.  Exchanges will be sent unless customer requests refund, which will be applied upon verification of manufacture defect. If the defect is beyond the 30 days, customer must contact the manufacturer.

All pictures and copyrights belong to their respective companies and manufacturers.  Pictures may vary slightly from the products that are shipped.  Colors may vary from what is shown on the website, as different monitor resolutions produce different colors.

TeaLady Creations carries many different manufacturers’ products; we do not directly represent any manufacturer, and only act as a reseller of the manufacturer’s products. TeaLady Creations, therefore, disclaims any liability in connection with the use of the manufacturer’s products. The information and sales of said products is true and complete to the best of TeaLady Creations knowledge.

While the purpose of our products is to assist in the care and preservation of papers and photographs in scrapbooking pursuits, TeaLady Creations does not warrant nor guarantee the quality, acid-free, or photo safe properties of any products that are manufactured or produced by other companies. We rely on the manufacturers specifications. We consider the products we resell to be the highest quality available for personal scrapbooking needs.

TeaLady Creations wants you to be aware that when you click on links and/or ad banners that take you to third-party Web sites, you will be subject to the third parties' privacy policies, not ours. While we support the protection of privacy on the Internet, we cannot be responsible for the actions of third parties.
